Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.
Package Your Dress
Carefully place the dress in its original packaging with all designer tags attached and secure the new shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
